What if my username and password aren't working?

1. Make sure you are typing your username and password properly. They are both case sensitive and you need to enter them exactly as you did when you signed up. Also, make sure your CAPS LOCK is not on.

2. Next, check to see that your membership is current and you are using the correct username and password. To check whether your subscription is active please visit CCBill Customer Service. Your subscription may have been canceled due to a failed re-bill.

 

What if I am receiving a message saying that my login has been locked?

1. LucasKazan.com is protected against fraud and password hacking. If you have shared your password with anyone and they are using it, you will be blocked from the site.

2. If you have entered an incorrect login repeatedly, our security system will place a temporary block on your computer. If this has happened it is probably because you were attempting to use an incorrect name and password.

What if the videos won't play, stall, skip, or all I see is a blank screen?

You need Flash Player 9.0.124 or higher installed on your system to view the streaming video. Click here to test which version of flash is installed on your computer. You can download the latest Flash Player here. After installation, click here to test your system to verify the installation was successful.

Playback problems can be due to several causes such as slow internet connections or congestion between your computer and our sever. If the video you are trying to view is not playing smoothly, switch to a smaller size by clicking the tabs above the video viewer.

 

I am on a dial up connection, will I still be able to watch the movies?

Unfortunately not. Our videos are too large to be streamed smoothly on a dial-up internet connection.

 

Am I able to save the video clips onto my computer?

We offer select video downloads in the "Models" and "Reality" sections of our site. Downloads can be found under the "Download" tab on the video pages. However, all content is copyright protected by law and may not be copied or shared with others without permission. Non-downloadable videos may only be viewed while logged in to the LucasKazan.com website.

What if I'm not seeing any new content?

LucasKazan.com is updated every week with new content. You may experience issues if your computer has kept a copy of the web page on your hard drive in your browser's cache. In order to avert this, try the following:

Netscape Navigator

1. Attempt to RELOAD the problem page (Press the Reload Button in your toolbar)

2. Clear your cache. You'll find this in your: Options -> Network Preferences -> Clear Cache

Internet Explorer

1. Attempt to REFRESH the problem page (Press the "Refresh" Button in your toolbar)

2. Clear your temporary files (same as a cache). You will find this under: View -> Options -> Advanced -> Temporary Internet Files Settings ->Empty Folder

 

Am I able to save the photos to my computer?

Yes. To save the photos, right click on the small thumbnail image and select PC:"Save Target As..." or Mac:"Save Linked File As...". A dialog box will open and ask you where you would like to save the file on your computer.
