LucasKazan.com reserves the right to restrict, refuse or terminate affiliates from certain countries, including, but not limited to: China, Indonesia, Korea (North and South), Philippines, Taiwan and Thailand.

LucasKazan.com will not be held financially responsible for lost sales and refunds due to server failure, 3rd party payment processor failure or other technological failures.

Your obligations:

• You must be 18 years or older.

• You will not make LucasKazan.com content available to minors.

• Your site cannot contain any type of illegal content, including but not limited to child pornography, rape, abuse; copyrighted materials not owned by you or used by you without written permission; links to illegally distributed copyrighted materials; materials not in compliance with 18 U.S.C. Section 2257. LucasKazan.com will not be responsible if you use another party's copyrighted or other proprietary material in violation of the law.

• You cannot SPAM in any form. You will not violate any provision of the CAN-SPAM act of 2003 and any future amendments.

• You may use links, banners and videos we provide for promotional purposes only. However LucasKazan.com retains exclusive ownership of said images and videos.

• You must always accompany LucasKazan.com galleries and videos with a link to LucasKazan.com and cannot modify, delete, conceal the watermarks nor use said galleries and videos to promote other properties.

• You cannot use any other content from within LucasKazan.com’s members’ area, without written permission.

• You cannot run search engine paid inclusion ads featuring our trademarks, or variations thereof, in order to promote LucasKazan.com. Trademarks include, but are not limited to "Lucas Kazan", "lucaskazan", "Ettore Tosi", misspellings of the above terms, with or without spaces.

LucasKazan.com reserves the right to cancel and/or amend the above terms at any time.

LucasKazan.com reserves the right to suspend your account without notice if you’re found to violate any of the above terms.
