What if I am unable to join?

This could be due to a variety of reasons. If you are having trouble, please contact CCBill Customer Service or Epoch Membership Services directly. They will be able to help you join.


I forgot my username and password?

If you forgot your username and password, visit CCBill Customer Service or Epoch Membership Services. CCBill and Epoch are the designated E-ticket Suppliers and Access Management Providers for If for some reason they are unable to help you, please send an e-mail to with a description of your problem.


How do I cancel my membership?

Visit CCBill Customer Service or Epoch Membership Services.


What if my username and password aren't working?

1. Make sure you are typing your username and password properly. They are both case sensitive and you need to enter them exactly as you did when you signed up. Also, make sure your CAPS LOCK is not on.

2. Next, check to see that your membership is current and you are using the correct username and password. To check whether your subscription is active please visit CCBill Customer Service or Epoch Membership Services. Your subscription may have been canceled due to a failed re-bill.


What if I am receiving a message saying that my login has been locked?

1. is protected against fraud and password hacking. If you have shared your password with anyone and they are using it, you will be blocked from the site.

2. If you have entered an incorrect login repeatedly, our security system will place a temporary block on your computer. If this has happened it is probably because you were attempting to use an incorrect name and password.


What is your Privacy Policy? will never trade, rent or sell your email address to anyone. You will NEVER receive any email from anyone except as a result of joining.




What if the videos won't play, stall, skip, or all I see is a blank screen?

Make sure to run the latest OS and html5-enabled broswers. We recommend Chrome. Playback problems can be due to several causes such as slow internet connections or congestion between your computer and our sever. If the video you are trying to view is not playing smoothly, switch to a smaller size by clicking the tabs above the video viewer.


I am on a dial up connection, will I still be able to watch the movies?

Unfortunately not. Our videos are too large to be streamed smoothly on a dial-up internet connection.


Am I able to save the video clips onto my computer?

We offer select video downloads. Downloads can be found under the "Download" tab on the video pages. However, all content is copyright protected by law and may not be copied or shared with others without permission. Non-downloadable videos may only be viewed while logged in to the website.




Am I able to save the photos to my computer?

Yes. To save the photos, right click on the small thumbnail image and select PC:"Save Target As..." or Mac:"Save Linked File As...". A dialog box will open and ask you where you would like to save the file on your computer.
